Low Budget Rock Star is an Indigenous rock band that hails from The Pas, Manitoba and is comprised of singer/guitarist Kennie Henderson, bassist Harley Whitehead and late drummer, Richie Cudmore. Their latest single "More Than Ever" pays tribute to the late Richie and features Terry Constant on drums. Growing up on the Opaskwayak Cree Nation, all members have known each other for many years. Surviving members of Low Budget Rock Star are still out there playing the tunes and celebrating Richie Cudmore's legacy. "More Than Ever" can be heard on The Eagle 107.7 FM! Radio Bingo and a Tune is featured both Monday and Thursday Nights at 7pm. There is a progressive pot that must be won on 53 numbers or less, the progressive pot maximum is $4500.00. All bingo proceeds are returned to the community via various local programs and initiatives.
